AHIEVEMENTS:
  1. His vision and plan of creating and developing 1000 lakes in the constituency is one among the great works in the constituency. thousands of people and animals benefited out of this. Still is called as “ Creator of 1000 lakes”
  2. He is driving force behind construction of number of Godowns for preservation of seeds and food grains, which was boon for hundreds of agricultural families.
  3. Founded Rajiv Gandhi Education Society in Ron. For the past 40 years. Running number of education institutes for the people of RON constituency and working towards better education for the people.
  4. Smart Class Programmes in all government and private management High Schools under E-Shiksha programme. We wish that God bless him with Great Spirit and health to do more social services.
  5. Under the leadership of Shri G.S. Patil, Gadag District's 6th Kannada Sahitya Sammelana,was conducted successfully.
